Holiday Returns 2019

Enjoy your holidays a little more with our extended returns window! Online orders made from December 1 2019 can be returned up until January 31 2020. All other usual terms apply, see below for more info.

As always, we’ll do our best to process your returns as soon as possible but please be aware there may be delays during this busy period. Thank you so much for your patience.


You are welcome to return any item bought from for:

a) an online credit voucher to the value of 110% of your original purchase


b) a full refund to your original method of payment.

What's the process?

Simply included your completed returns form with your items and send back to our returns address: Three By One, 32 Commercial Drive, Lynbrook, VIC 3975, Australia.

All requests for returns must be received within 30 days of the receipt of your order and items must be in as-new condition with all original swing tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.

We will email you once this has been received and processed. This will usually happen within 3 business days of delivery, however delays may occur during high order volume times.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Faulty garments

In the rare instance you find a fault with your item, please contact us via email or contact form as soon as possible with your online order number and any description and/or images of the fault.

If you initially purchased this item through another retailer, please contact them to seek a replacement, repair or refund as per their faulty returns policy first.


Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for change of mind or if you choose the wrong size, so if you would like a replacement item, please place a new online order for this.

Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs to send returns back to us (unless the product is faulty), however, if you order using PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs – find out more here.

We do not refund any shipping costs originally paid for returned items, unless the product sent was incorrect or faulty.

To arrange a return, please complete the details on the Returns Form included in your delivery and send it back to us with the item/s. If you did not receive a Returns Form or have misplaced it, you can download and print a copy of this below
