Shipping Within Australia

Shipping is free of charge to all addresses within Australia.

  • Orders placed before 9am AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day.
  • Delivery may take up to 7 business days however most orders are received within 2-4 business days.
  • All orders are sent with Australia Post, and once shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number for your delivery.

 

Shipping to New Zealand

A flat shipping rate of $10 is charged for all delivery addresses in New Zealand. 

  • Orders placed before 9am AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day.
  • Delivery takes between 3 and 10 working days.
  • Shipping is via Australia Post Pack & Track International
  • The GST portion of the product price will be deducted if your delivery address is outside of Australia.

 

Shipping to all other locations

A flat shipping rate of $30 is charged for all delivery addresses outside of Australia and New Zealand. 

  • Orders placed before 9am AEST on a business day will usually be dispatched on the same day.
  • Delivery takes between 3 and 15 working days.
  • Shipping is via Australia Post Pack & Track International
  • The GST portion of the product price will be deducted if your delivery address is outside of Australia.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

 

You are welcome to return any item purchased from rollas.com.au for:

a) any other size or item currently available on rollas.com.au, or

b) a credit voucher to the value of 110% of your original purchase, or

c) a full refund to your original method of payment.

All requests for returns must be received within 30 days of the receipt of your order, and items must be in as-new condition with all original swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions. 

Please be aware that we do not cover the shipping costs to send items back to us for exchanges or refunds (unless the item is faulty), and for International orders we do not refund any shipping costs originally paid for returned items. 

TO ARRANGE A RETURN please email us with the details of your original purchase and let us know if you would like to return for another size/item, a 110% credit or a refund. We will get back to you within two business days with a pre-completed returns form to send back with the item.
